热应激下Vc对蛋鸡生产性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究热应激下,添加Vc对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。日粮中Vc的添加浓度为0、200、 400、1200mg/kg,,温度为32℃。蛋鸡免疫接种鸡新城疫疫苗或水。结果表明日粮中添加Vc可提高蛋鸡的采食量、产蛋率、蛋重,降低料蛋比及血液中肌酸磷酸激酶活性,减缓热应激的不良影响。Vc添加效果以400mg/kg最好。 The objective of the paper was to study the influence of supplemental vitamin C(Vc) in diet on laying performance of hens under heat stress. Different Vc concentrations in diet were 0 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg and 1200 mg/kg. The layers were exposed to constant 32℃ and vaccinated by Newcastle disease vaccine or water. The results showed Vc could increase feed intake, laying rate and egg weight in layers and reduce feed/egg ratio and creatine phosphokinase activities in layer serum,which indicated Vc could attenuate the decline in performance of laying hens caused by heat stress. Supplemental of 400 mg/kg Vc in diet on layers was the best.
