摘要 利用20个微卫星标记和6对AFLP引物组合对地方鸡种鹿苑鸡进行了遗传检测,结果表明:鹿苑鸡在20个微卫星位点上共检测到118个等位基因,基因频率分布在0.0125-0.5500 之间,平均每个座位检测到5.9个等位基因。20个微卫星座位的平均杂合度为0.7366,平均多态信息含量为0.6953;6对AFLP引物组合在该鸡种中共检测到245条多态性条带,平均每个引物组合产生40.8条多态性条带;鹿苑鸡群体变异大,具有丰富的遗传多样性。 The 20 microsatellite markers and 6 AFLP primers combinations were used to detect genetic variation of Luyuan chicken. The results showed that there were 118 alleles inspected in 20 microsatellite loci. Allele frequencies were 0.0125-0.5500,the average number of alleles was 5.9. The mean heterozygosity was 0.7366,the mean polymorphism information content of 20 microsatellite was 0.6953.The 6 AFLP primers combinations generated 245 polymorphic bands, 40.8 polymorphic markers were detected by one primer combination on the average. There were high genetic diversity and rich polymorphism in Luyuan chicken population.
