摘要
鹅副黏病毒D1分离株能致死鹅胚、鸭胚和鸡胚,致死率达到100%,感染的尿囊液能产生较高的血凝效价。血凝素对热不稳定,经56℃水浴处理10min血凝活性消失。副黏病毒感染鹅血清与D1分离株和La Sota毒株均发生血凝抑制现象,大多数血清样本对2株病毒的 HI效价存在两个以上的滴度差异。病毒粒子呈球形、椭圆形、杆状或棒状,呈现显著多形性的特征。Dt分离株ELD50经测定为10-7.84/0.1 mL,油乳剂灭活疫苗接种鸡能够抵抗20000ELD50病毒的攻击,免疫保护率达到88.9%。
The D1 isolate of goose paramyxovirus caused 100% mortality of goose, duck and chicken embryos. Infected allantoic fluid could produce high titer of hemagglutinin test.The hemagglutinin belonged to heat-labile type, because it became inactive as treating for 10 minutes in 56℃ water bath. The hemagglutination inhibitory (HI) phenomena have been observed between D, isolate and La Sota strain with paramyxovirus antiserum. The majority of serum samples produced different HI titers for two viruses. The virus particles were spherical, elliptical, rod or stick, and showed the characteristics of polymorphism. ELD50 of D1 strain was 10-7.84/0.1 mL. The chickens inoculated with inactivated vaccine of mineral emulsion could resist the challenge of 20000 ELD50 virus and the protection rate reached 88.9%.
