摘要
本试验分别用D78苗、B87苗,CA+CF+B87三价苗,法氏囊组织灭活油苗等4种疫苗免疫鸡群,然后分别用CL、SQ、QZ等3个本地分离毒株进行攻毒,测定每种疫苗对各毒株攻毒鸡群的保护指数。结果显示,4种疫苗对CL、SQ、QZ等3个毒株攻毒鸡群的保护指数分别为: 组织灭活油苗100%、100%、100%,CA+CF+B87三价苗85%、94.7%、53.3%,D78苗30%、68.4%和 46.7%,B87苗35%、73.7%和40%。
The experiment used D78, B87, CA+CF+B87 and bursa tissue oil-inactivated vaccines to inoculated chicks. The challenge viruses came from CL, SQ and QZ isolates respectively. The protective indexes of four vaccines:tissues oil-inactivated vaccine were, 100%, 100%;CA+CF+B87 were 85%,94.7%,53.3%;D78were30%,68.4%,46.7%;B87 were 35%, 73.7% and 40%, respectively.
