复方地芬诺酯对雏鸡肠道蠕动的影响

Efect of Diphenoxylate on the Intestines Peristalsis of the Chickens

为研究复方地芬诺酯对雏鸡肠道蠕动的影响,将90只10日龄健康雏鸡随机分为9 组,1组为空白对照组,2-9组为试验组分别给予不同剂量的复方地芬诺酯,观察雏鸡的排粪情况;同时将50只10日龄健康雏鸡随机分为5组,1组为空白对照组,2-5组为试验组分别给予0．1、 0．2、0．4、0．8mg/kg的复方地芬诺酯,观察雏鸡的墨汁推进率。结果显示给予不同剂量的复方地芬诺酯时,并未使排粪时间明显延长,但给药剂量越大,粪便越干燥;高剂量组水分明显少于低剂量组,肠道中粪便呈颗粒状,但对墨汁推进率无明显影响。说明复方地芬诺酯能减缓雏鸡肠道蠕动,延长肠内容物在肠道中停留时间,促进水分吸收,产生止泻作用。

To study antidiarrheal effect of Diphenoxylate on intestines peristalsis,90 healthy chickens of 10-day-old were divided into 9 groups randomly .The first group was regarded as control, the rest were treated with different concentration of Diphenoxylate.The excretion of the birds were recorded.And 50 healthy chickens of 10-day-old were divided into 5 groups randomly.The test groups were treated with different concentration of Diphenoxylate of 0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8 mg/kg.The excrement propellant rates of Chinese ink were recorded.The results showed that duration of excrement were not postponed significantly, but the higher dosages,the excrements became drier,the moisture of the excrement from the birds treated with the high dosages were significantly less than those with lower dosages and its contents looked like pellets.Diphenoxylate did not have any effect on the excrement of Chinese inks.Diphenoxylate could inhibit intestines peristalsis, prolong the stay of contents in the guts,also accelerate absorption of the water and have effects on antidiarrheal.
