摘要
在阐述固化剂加固软土原理的基础上,提出欲使松散多孔的软土成为强度较高的密实固化土结构,固化剂在软土中水化生成胶凝性水化物将胶结土颗粒使其成为一体;膨胀性水化物填充土颗粒之间孔隙,减小孔隙比;提供足够的碱度,使土中或固化剂中活性SiO2、Al2O3发生硬凝反应,生成胶凝性物质,增加固化土强度。并在此基础上,分类介绍了能够产生胶凝性水化物、膨胀性水化物和能提高固化土碱度的各类工业废渣及对各类工业废渣的研究利用的成果。
The hardening mechanism of stabilizing soil by stabilizing agent is elaborated-firstly and is pointed out that there should be gel hydrate to cementing the soil particle together,pores between soil particles should be filled by expansible hydrate to decrease void ratio of stabilized soil,sufficient alkalinity to react with active SiO2 and Al2O3 in the soil and stabilizing agent for turning the loose porous soft soil into compact high-strength stabilized soil.On the basis,this paper introduced various industrial wastes that can generate gel,expansible hydrate and alkaline substance,and illustrated the achierements of using industrial wastes.
