摘要
地基基础是建筑工程的重要组成部分,其造价、工期和劳动量均占工程建设的较大比重。在建筑工程已发生的质量问题中,也以地基基础为多。这类问题一旦发生,不仅经济损失巨大、工期延长,而且事后处理将变得十分困难。因此,对地基基础工程的质量问题进行分析与实践总结,具有非常重要的意义。根据武汉地区地基基础工程质量问题统计分析和若干工程实例为背景,对武汉地区地基基础工程的几类典型质量问题的成因和纠正方法进行了研讨,对我国其他地质情况类似的地区有一定的借鉴作用。
Foundation is the important component of construction,and plays a great role in investment,time limit for a project and quantity of work.The biggest factor in the previous quality problems in civil engineering,moreover,was foundation.Once this kind of problem occurred,not only losing greatly in investment and prolonging time limit for a project,but also it would be very difficult to dispose it later.So,it is very important for us to analyse and conclude these quality problems resulted by foundation.In this paper,several typical quality problems of foundation engineering in Wuhan district and how to rectify them have been studied which based on the statistic analysis;which may be a reference for other districts with similar geological conditions in our country.
