摘要
北京科技大学学生公寓一期、二期、三期共八个楼,建筑物地下二层,地上10~16层。针对建筑物基础下为粘性土的特点,考虑安全、经济、施工周期等因素,经科学论证,最终采用CFG桩复合地基地基加固方案。实践证明该方案是经济、有效的,加固后的复合地基既满足了地基承载力的要求,也有效的控制建筑物的沉降,同时大大的缩短了工期。
The scheme of CFG pile composite foundation was finally selected for the students′ apartments in Beijing University of Science and Technology according to the characteristics of these buildings’ foundations,and taking account of the factors such as safety,economy and construction period etc.It has been proved by practice that the scheme is economic and effective.The strengthened composite foundation can not only meet the requirements of foundation bearing capacity,but also control effectively the even and differential settlements.
