摘要
针对屋面及地下结构的滴、裂、渗漏等缺陷,结合国际建筑防水技术发展趋势,微观分析其发生原因与内在规律。就刚性防水层的防裂与微胀密实,柔性防水材料改进与构造技巧、设计、施工、管理等诸多关键问题进行探讨,并通过工程实例予以验证。
This paper analyzes microscopically the causes and inherent law of wall′s and underground construction′s dripping,cracking and seeping and so on,combining with development trend of international constructional waterproof technology.In addition,this paper studies many key problems of anti-splitting and slight swelling and densifying of rigid waterproof layer and those of improving,constructional technique,designing,working and managing of flexible waterproof materials,which are verified by project cases.
