工程质量监督必须明确一个指导思想,坚持三个原则,把好五关,强化六个意识。实施监督,就要加强自身建设,提高队伍素质,完善内部制度,建立标准化、规范化的监督程序,采取有效措施。在工作中要把握好质量监督的实度、力度和相关度。
Implementing a supervision means intensify self-construction,improve team quality,perfect internal systems,set up standardized and normalized supervision procedures,as well as take effective measures.It is imperative to master the solidity,strength and degree of correlation for a quality supervision during actual work.
