摘要
论述了房屋建筑墙体长毛问题。通过多年实际现场观察,从房地产开发单位、施工单位、住户、工程监理公司四方面因素,总结出了建筑墙体长毛的诸多原因。
The mildewing problems of walls for housing structures are described;and many causes of the problems are summarized by field observations of years according to the factorso of development organization,construction organization,users and project supervision company.
