应力对Q235钢磁滞回线影响的试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过对Q235钢拉压杆试件施加不同的应力,研究应力对其磁滞回线影响的变化规律。试验表明,随着拉应力的增加,Q235钢拉杆起始磁导率不断变大,这一阶段应力对其磁滞回线影响明显;随着磁化加大,达到磁饱和后,磁畴大部分翻转完毕,应力对其磁导率变化影响不大。Q235钢压杆随压应力增大,起始磁导率减小,这一阶段应力对其磁滞回线影响明显;随着磁化加大,达到磁饱和后,应力对其磁化影响规律不明显。用磁畴及磁畴翻转理论对试验现象进行了解释,并编制了有限元程序对试验结果进行模拟,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。 Experimental measurements of magnetization curve and magnetic hysteresis loops changes induced by applying external stress for Q235 steel rods are presentedThe experimental results show that Q235 steel rods tend to increase their initial permeability under a tensile stress and decrease it under compressive stress,while magnetization arrived the level of saturation,the effects of the stresses on the magnetization curve became unnoticeableThe magnetization process is explained in terms of two related phenomena,domain wall and domain wall rotation of magnetizationSimulations of this influence of stresses on the major hysteresis curves are given and the simulation results coincide with experiment curve fairly
