整理和分析大量可逆冷轧机轧辊缺陷,划分为三大类,并对三种典型轧辊缺陷的表观特征作了详细描述,综合利用多学科知识,系统分析了各种轧辊缺陷产生的机理,为鉴别轧辊缺陷、分析缺陷产生的原因提供了详实的数据支持。提出了轧辊缺陷的预防和消除措施,为确定合理的轧辊加工及应用工艺提供理论依据。

A great deal roll failures are sorted and analyzed on the reversing cold tandem mill,splitting those into three kinds.From the apparent character,every kinds are described in detail,and synthesizing many knowledge,the mechanisms of every disfigurement are analyzed systematacially,then the detailed data basis is provided to finding out cause of disfigurement.The means of avoidance and elimination are put forward,and provide theory base to determine the rational machining and applying craftwork.
