通过对导卫装置冷却系统结构和冷却参数的分析,设计并制造了新型导卫装置。经某钢厂现场试验,表明冷却效果显著。导卫装置的失效形式也因此转变,轴承寿命成为制约导卫装置寿命的关键因素。

Analysis of the cooling system′s structure and the cooling parameters,a new guiding equipment was designed and manufactured.The effect of the cooling system was obvious in the field trials.The invalidation forms of guiding equipment have changed,the life of the bearing has become the key factor in restricting the guiding equipment′s life.
