Flexible reservation mechanism based on Grid QoS

对现有的网格提前预留机制和可延展预留机制进行分析,提出了一种改进的柔性预留机制.该机制在预留时间、预留资源能力等预留参数上具备柔性的特征,能根据每个时刻预留的具体状况动态改变预留申请的资源能力,避免拥塞,有效消除预留中的碎片,从而使得预留接受率和资源的使用率大幅提升.

Based on the analyses of the research on existing reservation mechanism,the author advances reservation mechanism and malleable reservation mechanism,and introduces a flexible reservation.The flexible reservation doesn't have all parameters fixed.Some of these parameters are appointed by reservation request,while the resources owner determines the others by taking into account the resources' state.Flexible reservation makes full use of grid resources,and increases call acceptance rate of requester.
