高职高专毕业生就业工作的现状和对策

The Currrent Situation and Solution to the Work of Graduates’ Employment in Higher Vocational & Technological Colleges

目前高职高专毕业生就业工作面临着越来越严峻的形势,存在着队伍素质不高,服务不到位,机制不够完善,手段落后等方面的现状,面临着各种各样的挑战。要做好毕业生就业工作,进一步提高就业率,必须建立一支高素质的队伍,创新工作观念,强化服务职能,加强思想教育,转变毕业生择业观念,深化教育教学改革,提高人才培养质量。

The current work for helping graduates from higher vocational & technological colleges get employment is facing an increasingly serious situation that staff members are not in high quality,services are not offered timely,mechanisms are not perfect enough,means are backward,and so on.This paper makes a discussion on how to do the job well and further increase employment rate.
