Teaching inspection is an important part of educational management,which can assure and keep the teaching work run order,sound and efficient in colleges.Because teaching is the core of higher colleges' work,the aim of teaching inspection of higher college should be improving teachers' teaching profession and ability.Many problems existing in today's teaching inspection should be attention to and make an effort to reforming the inspection work.
