摘要
人本化成人教育要求关注成人的综合素质。而目前我国成人教育中人文教育缺失严重,因此,加强人文教育,弘杨人文精神,是提高成人人文素质的需要,是成人教育应负的历史责任和知识经济时代的要求。成人教育应在终身教育思想的指引下,为成人营造精神家园。
Humanistic adult education should concern adult's comprehensive qualities.Nowadays,adult education lacks humanistism in our country.So,it is quite necessary for us to strengthen humanistic education,and to promote humanistic spirits because this can improve adult's qualities,take on historical responsibility and meet the requirement of knowledge-based economics.Led by the lifelong education theory,for adult education,we should pay attention to the construction of adult's spiritual homeland.
