摘要
杜邦干法腈纶装置纺丝工序排放的废气DMF低,约为500 mg/m3,直接采用淋洗方式吸收传质动力过小,回收过程中动力消耗高。采用活性炭纤维吸附技术,将低DMF含量废气浓缩,然后再淋洗回收,可提高传质效率,尤其是大幅度降低能耗。增设以活性炭纤维为吸附材料的在线连续吸附解吸设备,设计高效淋洗塔,改进原有低浓度DMF废气回收方案,将产生较好的节能效益。
The concentration of DMF waste gas from the spinning area in Du Pont dry-spinning acrylic fiber unit is low,about 500 mg/m^3.A direct scrubbing is used to absorb the waste gas,mass-transfer power is too low,and the power consumption is high in the course of recovery.If activated-carbon-fiber absorbing technology is adopted,concentrating the DMF content in the waste gas,then scrubbing and recovering it.In this way,the mass-transfer efficiency can be increased,and the energy consumption can be decreased greatly in particular.It will have a better energy-saving benefit if we add an online continuous absorbing equipment that uses the activated-carbon-fiber as absorbing material,design a high efficient scrubbing column,and modify the original recovery scheme of the low concentration DMF.
