摘要
通过案例分析,认为建设项目方案设计阶段是控制项目投资规模的关键,工程项目投资控制应贯穿于项目建设的全过程,建设项目方案的设计深度和优化论证程度,将直接影响到项目的投资规模和运行成本。
This paper introduced an idea that investment control plays an important role during the whole engineering project construction.The depth of scheme design and optimum reasoning has a direct influence on the investment and operating cost of projects.From the study on different cases,it is deduced that scheme design is the key stage for controlling the project investment.
