低碳烯烃叠合法柴油合成催化剂的研究与探讨

摘要 探讨了Fe2/3xNi1-xSO4-助剂/g-Al2O3催化剂对丙烯叠合柴油反应的催化性能。考察了Fe/(Fe+Ni)原子分率和SO42-/(Fe+Ni)摩尔比的影响及加入助剂的效果,发现Fe/(Fe+Ni)原子分率0.72和SO42-/(Fe+Ni)摩尔比在1.2~2.2,催化剂活性和选择性最高。加入助剂P2O5效果较好。通过NaOH对催化剂的中毒及其对催化活性的关联,证明该催化剂上的丙烯叠合反应是以酸催化反应机理进行。 the catalytic function of Fe_(2/3x)Ni_(1-x)SO_4 assistant/g-Al_2O_3 catalyst on propylene polymerization diesel reaction is discussed in the article.The impact of Fe/(Fe+Ni) atom ratio and SO^(2-)_4/(Fe+Ni) mole proportion and the effect of adding assistant are studied.It is showed that the activity and selectivity of catalyst is the highest when the Fe/(Fe+Ni) atom ratio is 0.72 and the SO^(2-)_4/(Fe+Ni) mole proportion is between 1.2 to 2.2.The effect of adding assistant is better with P_2O_5 assistant.Through the connection of the catalyst activity to the poison of the NaOH on the catalyst,It is proved that propylene polymerization on the catalyst is the acid catalytic reaction.
