摘要
介绍了炼油厂SOx的排放及控制要求和SOx的生成机理及排放状况;阐述了原料油加氢预处理、使用硫转移催化剂以及烟气钠碱洗涤法、氢氧化镁洗涤法、溶剂吸收-再生法和固体流化床法等控制FCC SOx排放的方法;对使用低硫燃料等控制加热炉SOx排放的方法进行了评估。
This paper represents the emission and control requirement as well as the formation mechanism and emission current situation of SO_x in refineries.The control methods of SO_x contained in the flue gas from FCCUs、boilers、tail gas incinerator.The methods used to control FCC SO_x include feed hydro-pretreating,SO_x-transfer additives,flue gas sodium alkli based scrubbing,magnesia hydroxide scrubbing,solvent absorption-regeneration and solid fluid-bed method.The best method for boilers SO_x control is to choose low sulfur fuel.
