摘要
应用稳健主成分分析研究欧亚大陆早侏罗世植物区系划分尚属首次试验。取前三个特征值所对应的特征向量定量化地解释了每个植物群的植物组合在经向上的变化规律。应用稳健主成分分析的样品得分定量化地标度了早侏罗世的四个植物区系,证实了四个植物区系的存在,并解释了每个植物群组合之间的关系。
This is the first time to use the Robust principal component analysis method in studying the early Jurassic floristic division of Eurasia continent.In this articl, the interpretation of the longitudinal variation of the plant assemblages of each flora by using the corresponding cigcn vectors of the first three cigcn values is given.Using the core of samples of Robust principle component analysis, we quantitatively scale the early Jurassic palcofloristic province, which shows that there arc four palcofloris-tic province in that time, and also we have discussed the ralationships among the plant assemblages of each flora.Finaly, it is thought from our view that this method about palcofloristical studying has a great deel of advantage of application in the future.
