摘要
合理化的城市竞争,实际上是竞争价值、目的和工具高度统一的合理化过程。本文以实践合理性理论为立足点,通过对传统城市竞争理论弊端的分析及其哲学思考,建立起城市竞争合理性评价机制,进而为城市积极整合竞争资本和优化竞争环境,增强城市在竞争中的自适应和组织能力构筑一个城市竞争实践理论框架。
On the bases of the theories ofrationality, by analyzing the disadvantages of tradi-tional urban competition theories, this paper attemptsto establish a theoretical framework for urban com-petition so as to integrate competitive resources, op-timize environment and consolidate the self-regulat-ing and self-organizing capabilities of cities by pre-senting a reasonable evaluation mechanism.
