体现地域特色的城市景观生态规划——以临汾市为例

URBAN LANDSCAPE ECOLOGICAL PLAN-NING WITH LOCAL CHARACTERISTIC: A CASESTUDY OF LINFEN

以山西省临汾市为例,剖析了城市景观生态现状和问题,阐述了城市景观生态规划的原理、目标和原则,制定了城市景观生态建设的基本对策、关键措施、体现城市特色的途径和城市绿地系统整体结构。临汾市的景观生态规划目标要体现城市总体规划的要求,围绕“华夏文明发源地和尧都根祖文化”的地域文化特色和北方“濒河傍水花果城”的地域景观特色,塑造独特城市景观,建设可持续的和宜人的人居环境。为此,城市景观生态规划的原则是:保持和提高城市景观异质性;协调自然景观与文化景观的关系;兼顾环境功能优化和生态可持续性;保持城市文化景观特色。景观生态建设的基本对策是:保护城市景观环境敏感区;建立和完善城市绿脉系统;开放城市景观空间。在此基础上,提出了体现临汾市地域文化特色和景观特色的城市空间格局和城市绿地系统整体结构框架。

This paper, taking Linfen city as theexample, analyzed the problems in ecological envi-ronment and landscape, and discussed the integrativegoals and basic principles in urban landscape ecologi-cal planning. The goals in urban landscape ecologicalplanning for Linfen city should focus on Chinesecultural cradle and historical Yao-Capital ancestry-rooting culture as local cultural characteristic andNorthern China Garden city besides rivers as locallandscape characteristics, and model a distinctive ur-ban landscape to build up a sustainable humansettlement. Therefore, the principles of the urban land-scape ecological planning for Linfen city are: (1) con-serving and promoting city landscape heterogeneity;(2) harmonizing the relationship between natural land-scape and cultural landscape; (3) combining optimi-zation of environmental function with ecologicalsustainability at the landscape level compatibly; and(4) protecting the local cultural landscapecharacteristics. The basic strategies for the ecologicallandscape construction include: (1) protecting the land-scape ecological sensitive and fragile districts in thecity; (2) building up and promoting the green-waysystem in the city; and (3) opening the landscapespace in the city.
