我国包装废物回收利用现状及典型包装物的生命周期分析

Study on the Pollution,Reclaim and Recycle Status of Packaging Waste and Life Cycle Analysis of Typical Packaging

通过对我国城市生活垃圾填埋场中主要包装废物的类型、数量和目前主要包装废物的回收、利用渠道等方面的调查研究,以及对我国包装废物的污染和回收利用现状的分析认为,目前我国包装废物产生量大,回收利用体系不完善,利用价值较高的包装废物可以得到有效回收。提出目前我国包装废物管理的重点应是塑料类包装废物。在对几类典型包装物生命周期分析的基础上,对我国包装废物回收利用体系提出了建议。

Through the study of the sorts and quantities of the main packaging waste in the municipal solid waste landfill and the current reclaim and recycle system of them,the pollution,reclaim and recycle status of packaging waste was analyzed.It was shown that the reclaim and recycle system of packaging waste in China was not perfect yet,only that packaging waste with higher value had been reclaimed and recycled.It was also proved that the key of the packaging waste management was the plastic packaging waste.Through the life cycle analysis of typical packaging,some suggestion of the reclaim and recycle system was put forward.
