摘要
以有毒物质污染水体为例,按最不利条件选取了突发性事故水质排放模型中一系列不确定性参数值。在调查大量资料的基础上,合理地假设了一定的事故场景,并综合考虑泄漏物质的毒性大小和泄漏量等因素,对毒性污染事故进行危害评价和风险表征。计算出衡量毒性物质危险性的重要指标———危害指数,实现了对毒性物质危害风险的定量估计。
Water pollution of toxic matters was examined as example for toxicity assessment.A series of uncertainty parameters were selected according to worst case principle,and certain scenarios of emergencies assumed based on quantities of investigating data.Comprehensively considering various factors such as quantity and toxicity of the leachates,the toxic pollution was assessed and the risk was characterized,and thus the hazard index was calculated to evaluate the hazard of the toxic matters.This makes quantitative risk assessment for toxicity hazard come true.
