合成过程中添加无机盐对中孔氧化硅结构的影响

摘要 研究了在强酸性条件和以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作结构导向剂的体系中,不同价态的阴离子对中孔结构的影响.并使用XRD,N2物理吸附和TEM对其结构和性能进行了表征.实验结果表明,一价阴离子对中孔氧化硅的结构影响较小,其影响程度取决于它的浓度和离子强度;对于二价、三价阴离子而言,其对中孔结构的影响程度取决于其水合程度.水合程度越大,对中孔结构的影响越大,反之亦然.对于二价阴离子(如SO2-4),它能引起产品的结构发生从六方结构-立方结构-层状结构相的转变.对于三价阴离子(如PO3-4),它能引起从六方结构-较差的立方结构-较好的立方结构-无定形的结构相的转变.但无机盐的加入在不同程度上影响到产品的结构有序度.
