摘要
2003年4次对黄河三角洲7座平原型水库55个底泥样品的调查发现:摇蚊科幼虫体内(干重)P含量随底泥DP的增加而呈指数型增加(P<0.001),摇蚊幼虫对P的积累系数亦随DP含量的增加而增加(P<0.001),但摇蚊幼虫体内P含量与水层TP不相关,摇蚊幼虫的生物量亦不与水层TP和DP显示出相关关系,仅有摇蚊幼虫最高生物量随DP增加而增加的趋势。通过无鱼围栏内外底栖动物的对比发现,放养鱼类的存在影响了底栖动物的现存量。
Phosphorus is believed to be an important factor to eutrophication.The benthic community Chironomidea larvae,are an biotic index,to indicate the eutrophication,and some studies illustrated that the biomass of Chironomidea larvae increased with pelagic total phosphorous(TP).The researches on TP in the benthos,lake sediments and water columns were carried out four times during 2003 in 7 reservoirs at the Yellow River Delta,and the result displayed that phosphorus in the body of Chironomidea larvae have great significant positive correlation with that in sediments(DP),whereas the biomass had not significant correlation with TP or DP,which was indicated to have been caused by the existence of large amounts of fish.
