利用蚕豆根尖微核技术监测遗爱湖水质遗传毒性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用适于监测水质污染、大气污染和土壤污染的蚕豆微核检测技术(VMT),对湖北省黄冈市遗爱湖水质进行遗传毒性评价,得出遗爱湖不同水域的污染指数(PI),为遗爱湖的环保工作提供依据。结果表明,遗爱湖各水样都含有不同程度的遗传毒性物质,且主要影响因素是工厂排废。 Micronucleus(MCN) is a kind of chromosome aberrations induced by genetic poisons.Micronucleus test technique of vicia fabra cell was applied widely in monitoring mutagenic substances in environment in 1980s.Now,this technique can be used conveniently in researching water,air and soil pollution.By using it,the water pollution degree was investigated in Yiai Lake,located in Huangzhou city,Hubei province.Eight water samples were from around the lake,and the roots of vicia fabra during their growing peak period were treated with these water samples.The number of cell and micronucleus cell in the root tips of vicia fabra were observed and recorded through microscope,and micronucleus frequency(MCNF) was figured out.The pollution index of every sample was calculated according to the evaluating system of Chen Guangrong.The results showed that the micronucleus frequencies of those eight samples have significant differences with that of pure water,the water samples in Yiai Lake contained mutagenic agents variously.PIs in the sampling sites suggested the mutagenic pollution in the lake with the degree from low to serious,mainly caused by wastewater of factories and the day living rubbish,which could provide a gist to the environment protection of Yiai Lake.
