摘要
在选择HPLC分析柱型后,通过对流动相组成、流速和pH优化,建立了同柱分析土壤中莠去津和灭草松残留的HPLC方法,省略了样品的前净化处理步骤。色谱条件为:色谱柱,250 mm×4.6 mm(i.d.),10μm YWG C18;流动相,甲醇/水为66/34(V/V)H3PO4调pH=2.9;流速为0.8 mL.m in-1;检测波长218 nm。灭草松和莠去津的检测限分别为5.9μg.L-1和3.8μg.L-1。此外,对不同提取体系同时提取土壤中两种除草剂的提取能力进行了比较研究,结果发现9∶1的甲醇-水溶液对灭草松和莠去津的回收率分别为95.5%~104.9%和85.2%~90.1%。
A specific method for the simultaneous determination of Bentazone and Atrazine residues in Soils is described.Adopting a high-performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) system,the compounds were extracted from soil in methanol medium and were separated on C18 column,using a solution of methanol-water as mobile phase.The limits of quantitation for both compounds were 5.9 μg·L^(-1)and 3.8 μg·L^(-1),respectively.Extraction efficiencies of different solvent systems had also discussed in this paper.It was found that a mixture of methanol-water(9:1,V/V) was an efficient extractant with the average recoveries of 100.2% and 87.6% for bentazone and atrazine,respectively.
