摘要
研究了采用高效液相色谱(配荧光检测器和柱后衍生系统)同时测定黄瓜、番茄中三羟基克百威、速灭威、残杀威、克百威、甲奈威、异丙威、抗蚜威、仲丁威等8种氨基甲酸酯类农药的多残留分析方法,对每种农药均做3种不同浓度0.05、0.1、0.5 mg.kg-1的添加回收率试验。结果表明,该方法对于8种农药的回收率为70%~105%,变异系数在10%之内,最小检出限为0.001 0~0.007 5 mg.kg-1。
A rapid,simple analysis method for determinating residues of 3-Hydroxycarbofuran,Metolcarb,Propoxur,Carbofuran,Carbaryl,Isopricarb,Pirimicarb and BMPC in cucumber and tomato by the high performance liquid chromatography was studied.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up by a column of Aminopropyl.The quantification of the carbamate pesticides residue were established by the high performance liquid chromatography with a fluorescence detector,a DB-(C8) column,a mixture of methanol + water as mobile phase,with post column derivatization instrument that improved sensitivity or better selectivity with lower detection limits.The qualitative and the quantitative analyses were carried out based on the retention time and peak area respectively.All pesticides were added three kinds of densities(0.05 mg·kg^(-1), 0.1 mg·kg^(-1),0.5 mg·kg^(-1)) in recovery experiment.The average recoveries of the analytical method for the fortified samples in cucumber and tomato were 70%~105%,with the coefficient of variation below 10%.The minimum detection limits for eight kinds of carbamate pesticides were in a range of 0.0010~0.0075 mg·kg^(-1).
