摘要 血液容积图(Photoplethysmograhic,PPG)信号中包含了许多有价值的医学信息,但是,从脉搏血氧计中获取的PPG信号在采集过程中,既受人体生理、病理因素影响,同时也易受测量过程中的外界干扰尤其是人体自身运动的干扰的影响.本文提出一种基于LabVIEW的PPG信号波形预处理方法,利用LabVIEW自带的信号处理库函数,从原始的PPG信号中得到了其一阶导数dPPG信号,解决了基线漂移和幅度定标问题.此外,方法中还应用互相关检测技术剔除了信号中的干扰成分.经此预处理后,即可对PPG信号进行进一步的信号平均进而得到提纯的PPG脉动信号,从而本法可望成为从PPG信号中提取心率变异性(HRV)信息,以及PPG分类与识别等分析处理的有效预处理方法.
