我国"基于仿真的采办"现状和期望
The Status & Expectation of Simulation Based Acquisition in China
摘要
美国国防部1998年正式提出"基于仿真的采办"(SBA)概念.我国 "九五"期间提出利用建模与仿真技术为武器装备"三全"提供支持,这实际上就是我国的"基于仿真的采办".本文对 "九五"以来我国虚拟样机、工程仿真、作战仿真等的研究与应用情况进行了总结,指出SBA要件在我国已基本实现,我国发展SBA的条件已相对成熟.最后,对完善我国"基于仿真的采办"提出建议.
