富含生理活性物质CLA强化鸡蛋的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 选择60周龄的白来航产蛋鸡30只,分成3个组,各个组日粮中共轭亚油酸(CLA)的添加水平分别为0%、3%和6%,试验期30 d。结果表明,日粮中添加CLA对产蛋量、平均蛋重、料蛋比、产蛋率无显著影响(P>0.05),明显降低蛋黄中总单不饱和脂肪酸含量;但能增加总饱和脂肪酸、总多不饱和脂肪酸及CLA的含量。Ⅱ组20 d蛋黄中CLA含量达最大。总之,饲粮中添加CLA可生产出富含CLA的鸡蛋。 In a factorial experiment,thirty 60-week-old white Leghorn laying hens were divided randomly into to three groups.The diets of the three groups contained 0%,3% or 6% conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) respectively.The feeding test lasted 30 days.The results showed that the difference in egg amount,average egg weight,feed conversion and laying rate was not significant(P>(0.05));the content of total monounsaturated fatty acids in yolk was significantly decreased;however the content of total saturated fatty acids and total polyunsaturated fatty acids and CLA could be increased.In the group II fed with the diets containing 3%CLA for twenty day,the CLA concentration in yolk was the highest.Any way,CLA can be recommended as an ingredient of the diets for laying hens to produce eggs rich in CLA.
