摘要 电热熔缩复合补口技术是针对现行的几种硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料防腐保温管道(夹克保温管)聚乙烯防护层补口方法的缺陷和不足而研制成功的一种全新的补口技术,该技术的核心材料——复合补口带是由多种不同性质的材料构成,通过电加热,补口带与聚乙烯防护层相互熔融形成一个有机的整体,补口处的强度高于聚乙烯防护层基材的强度,密封性好,外观平整光滑。多项工程应用证明,该项技术值得推广应用。 Based on the defects and weakness of polyethylene coating sleeve belt, electricity melting contraction sleeve belt technology, a new sleeve belt technology, has been developed in anti-corrosion and insulation pipelines of a few rigid polyurethane foam plastic. The main technology-the composite sleeve belt is composed of different materials. An organic body is formed between sleeve belt and polyethylene coating by electricity heating. The strength at the sleeve belt is higher than that of the polyethylene coating itself. It has a good sealing and observation.
