摘要
肺癌细胞识别中,图像分割是其中重要的一环.其准确性直接影响到肺癌的早期诊断以及后续治疗.本文提出一种最佳阈值分割算法,通过分析直方图的方法确定最佳的阈值.最后对图像的孔洞进行填充,以达到特征提取的要求.实验证明此算法是有效的.
In identifying lung cancer cells,the segmentation of its image is one of the important part.Its accuracy directly influences the ealier diagnosis of lung cancer and its successive treatment.In this paper,a segmentation algorithen of the optimal threshold is proposed for determining the optimal threshold through analyzing its histogram.Finally,through filling the holes on the image,the extraction of the image's characteristics is achieved.The experiment indicates that the algorithm is effective.
