摘要 电火花沉积技术可以将电极材料沉积到金属基体表面,形成与基体冶金结合且具有优异性能的沉积层.用YG8电极棒为电极材料,进行了紫铜表面电火花沉积WC工艺试验研究,发现沉积效果在电压为60V、频率为200Hz、比沉积时间为2.8s/mm2时最好. Conductive electrodes can be deposited on metallic substrates by electrospark deposition process and a coating with excellent properties and metallurgically bonded with substrates can be produced to heighten the hardness and wear resistance of workpieces surfaces.Processing experiments about depositing WC on Copper by ESD are made the electrodes YG8.It is found that the voltage for 60V,frequency for 200Hz,and deposit time for 2.8s/mm^2 are the best parameters.
