基于Isomap的高维数据可视化研究 被引量:1

摘要 Isomap是一种新的非线性降维方法,应用它可以发现隐藏在高维数据内在的结构特性,可以将数据可视化.将Isomap应用到高维乳腺癌病理数据进行可视化实验,实验结果说明Isomap具有很强的降维能力并保持数据的内在结构不变的特性.
