50％乙草胺水乳剂乳化剂的制备及应用

该文通过对50％乙草胺水乳剂的外观、乳化稳定性、冷(热)贮稳定性、经时稳定性等性能的考察,经过大量的非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂及烷醇的复配筛选、优化组合,确定了水乳剂的乳化剂配方为:m(乳化剂 A):m(共乳化剂B):m(稳定剂C)=5:1:4。用其所配制的水乳剂外观状态、乳液稳定性、冷(热)贮稳定性、经时稳定性、药效实验均符合要求,所研制的乳化剂已用于国内数家乙草胺原药生产厂,使用安全,社会效益显著。

By cross combination of a large number of nonionic surfactants, anionic surfactants and alkyl alcohols,formula of the emulsifying agent of emulsion in water is ensured;m( emulsifying agent A):m ( general emulsifying agent B) : m( stabilizing agent C) = 5:1:4. Applying to water emulsion of 50% acetochlor, the appearance, stability in cold ( hot) storage, stability with time and the efficacy of the drug are satisfactory.
