摘要 作为光通信的重要部件,单模光纤的偏振模色散(PMD)对光通信非常重要。在很多测量方法中都需要一个具有足够小的扫描步长,以保证能够获得足够的光谱分辨率。通过利用数字脉宽调制、细分控制、功放电路实现步进电机细分技术从而解决了单色仪的波长定位问题,并在实际应用中获得了良好的参数和测试效果,使得该测试设备在很多方面都已达到了国际先进水平。 The polarization mode dispersion(PMD) of the single-mode optical fiber,which is mainly used in optical communication,is important to the quality of communication.In many measurements,a short enough scanning step is required to acquire an adequate spectrum resolution.A stepping motor subdivision technique was realized through designing the power amplifying circuit with digital PWM and subdivision control,which solved the wavelength location problem of the monochrome instrument.This test equipment reached the international standard in many aspects and acquired good testing results in practice.
