摘要
模数转换器(A/D)是自动测试系统中的关键部件之一,A/D的输入量程和输出位数一般是固定的,为了适应A/D的输入量程须对输入信号做相应的处理这会引起系统转换误差,而为了提高转换精度须选用高位数的A/D这又会增加系统的成本。为此提出一种等高度法积分式A/D电路及其算法,其特点是模拟输入范围较宽、数字量输出位数可以很长而且具有非常低的成本。
In the automatic testing system the analog-digital-converter(A/D) is necessary. In majority of A/D, the input range and output bits are limited. For adapting the input ranges, which have to dispose the input signal, this will bring converting error; and for improving converting precision, which have to select high bits' A/D, this will increase the system cost. A new sort of equal height integral A/D is proposed, which has the features of wide input range, long output bits and very little cost.
