摘要
高浓度二氧化碳气体成份检测是能源工业,冶金工业急需解决的问题。研究了以新型纳米CuO-BaTiO3电子陶瓷电容型CO2气敏元件和单片机技术为核心的气体成分在线检测系统,介绍了传感器的原理和设计。单片机系统以MSP430F449为核心,系统可实现数据的采集、运算、存储、显示、发送等功能。为了对测量数据的进一步处理,编制了上位机软件,以C++作为开发工具,实现了上传数据的接收、保存、显示和进一步分析等功能。
The analysis of high concentration carbon dioxide is much concerned in industry,especially for energy industry and metallurgy.It studied a detection system for high CO_2 mixed gas,which is mainly constructed by a new sensor and a microcontroller.The sensor is called a capacitive-type sensitive element for CO_2 composed of nanometer-scale CuO-BaTiO_3 complex oxide electronic-ceramic.The microcontroller adopted MSP430F449 micro converter made by TI Company.With C language,the detection system has the functions for data processing,storage,display and communication with PC.For the further treatment of the data,the PC software is designed to manage data.
