摘要
介绍了短型热电偶的检定装置的技术要求、结构及计量检测方法,在航空工业科研生产技术研究领域中具有较强的实用性。短型热电偶的检定装置技术研究,一直都是国内温度专业研究的重点。由于短型热电偶检定炉的恒定均匀温场难以实现,所以,国内没有定型的标准短型热电偶检定装置。针对短型热电偶这一检测技术难点,设立《航空短型热电偶自动检测装置技术研究》课题进行研究,经过精心研制,优选最佳方案,研制成功一套性能稳定可靠的短型热电偶的检定装置,解决了专用温度传感器的检测难题,填补了特型短电偶的检测技术空白。
It introduces the technical requirement, structure and metrological test method for short-model thermal couple, which has stronger practicability in aero industrial technical research and production field. The auto-test device technology has always importance to national temperature specialty studies. There is no finalized test device for standard short-model couple, because that it's difficult to realize the constant and uniform temperature field for test furnace of the thermal couple. A set of testing device that's stable and reliable for short-model thermal couple has been developed successfully after studying and optimizing under the task of auto-test device technology research for aero short-model thermal couple aiming at the technical difficulty for short-model thermal couple testing. It solves a difficulty for special temperature sensor testing and fills up the technical lacuna in national wide.
