电渣熔铸钢水液位检测方法与新进展 被引量:1

摘要 电渣熔铸曲轴一步整体成型的工艺特点是能进行挤拐的自动控制,而金属液面的检测是实现挤拐的基础。介绍了电渣熔铸金属液位的检测环境、方法和最新成果。实验结果表明,测重法检测精度高,可达毫米级。 The technological characteristic of USEC(uniform step electroslag casting)process is enable to control extrusion of crankshaft automatically, and the detection of melted metal surface is the base of the extrusion. The detection environment, method and new progress of electroslag casting are introduced. As a result, the detection precision of measuring weight method is high.
