摘要
提出了一种新的基于图像平滑、精确度可选的近无损图像编码方案。首先根据指定的精度对原始图像进行相应的平滑处理,然后使用整数小波变换和分层树集合分割算法进行编码。仿真结果证明了该编码方案的有效性。
A new near-lossless coding scheme with adjustable accuracy is proposed by constructing different smoothing algorithms. Firstly, the original image is pretreated based on a given smoothing algorithm according to pre-appoint accuracy. Then, integer wavelet transform is used for the purpose of decorrelation. Finally, the transformed image is encoded based on SPIHT algorithm. Simulation results show the scheme is effective.
