摘要
阐述了一种煤炭码头输煤量的动态测量系统(核子秤),对影响核子秤计量精度的因素进行理论说明,建立了核子秤误差的表达式,分析了主要误差以及抑制误差的途径和方法。最后给出了抑制核子秤误差的调试步骤,并将它们应用到某码头的输煤控制系统中。
It is expatiated on a coal measurement system of coal port.This system uses advanced technology ofnucleus radiation, microcomputer control technology,processing technology of digital signals, implements dy-namic measure of coal.The error function is propose and the important errors of the system are analyzed.Thissystem has higher accuracy of dynamic measure,good stability and so on.This system also has good applyingforeground.
