摘要
针对玻壳工业生产线产品的在线分类识别组成机器视觉系统。介绍了采用灰度直方图曲线实现图象对比度线性变换、图象二值化、动态识别区域划分、特征提取以及利用模板图象匹配实现目标分类识别的有效方法,并给出了实验结果。
A machine vision system is developed for classification and recognition the products of glass bulb on-line in the industry. The effective methods is used to realize the image contrast linearity transform through gray histogram curve, image threshold, dynamic partition of recognition area, characteristic extraction. By means of template matching, it realizes the classification and recognition of the object and gives the result of experiment.
