摘要
流化床反应器具有相间接触面积大,生产效率高等优点,已在石油加氢裂解等反应中得到了广泛的应用。流化床中的气泡大小分布和上升速度决定了有效传质面积,从而影响了反应的效率。研制的流化床反应器气泡图像识别与分析系统,利用气泡的灰度值,可对反应器内的气泡图像进行识别,并可分析气泡的分布、运动、聚并和爆裂的规律。
The reactor in three-phase fluidized bed is a close reaction device, which contact area is greatly, hashigh production efficiency, and has a wide-ranging application in the reactions such as mineral oil hydrogenizationsplitting and so on. The air bubble sizes and the distributing with the moving velocity upward in the fluidizedbed, will decided the effective passing area and the reaction efficiency. The image identifying and analyzing sys-tem, by means of gray degree values, can be used to identified and analyzed the air bubbles state in the reactor,such as the distributing, the moving, the gathering and blowing out of the air bubbles.
