摘要 主要研究了小波变换中小波的Mallat算法,并将其应用到齿轮的故障诊断之中,对微弱机械振动信号进行分析。有效地完成了微弱信号的提取,对故障特征信号进行了时域定位,试验结果表明了该分析方法的有效性。 The Mallat algorithm of wavelet is studied and is used in the fault diagnosis of the rotational machine equipment.The complicated mechanical vibration signals are analyzed by it.The weak signal is extracted effectively and the signal of the fault symptom is located in the time domain.The testing results proved the value of the analytic method.
